@LdsNana hey LDSNana~ On a site that has more left-leaning folks than right-leaning, I just wanted to toss out that it was brave for Julie to write her blog post and brave for you to express your feelings as well. in the end, everyone can move a little bit more towards each other with a good dialogue.

A guy who I used to work with here in Virginia owes one of the other original 5 cars. He turned it into a Limo and uses it to tailgate at Redskins games. He is one of those Internet gazillionaires. He wrote a whole bunch of AOL's original client code back in the days of Q-Link. HIs wife was famous for saying "I don't want the kids to realize how much $$ we have, but its kind of hard to hide when you have a Batmobile in the garage". LOL.

@Surferess Hi Surferess. We did a few installs today to push through some bug fixes our Mixxers pointed out to us. Sorry you caught us at those times :( We generally try to keep them at off times unless its something serious.

Although I think Woz is right (about them being everywhere and cheap), these technologies/gadgets (like the Walkman) don't fall out of favor until something superior comes along. I'm hard pressed to guess what that might be, unless its something that has some sort of fold-out screen that allows you to watch videos at a bigger size but still somehow maintains its portability? I'm not even sure that's a good idea, LOL
