  1. Nice one. I like the idea of focusing on developing your strengths instead of focusing on eliminating your weaknesses. It's a much more positive approach (and thus, more likely to succeed), IMO.

  2. @torka Thanks very much! I agree completely. I've worked for some great leaders and some terrible managers, and the biggest difference was that the great ones always encouraged me to build on strengths as my #1 priority. The companies always got more out of me that way - productivity, loyalty, ingenuity. The one's who harped on my weaknesses always deflated motivation, and ultimately, created an environment I didn't mind leaving.
