   A prosecutor has stated that Locklear was charged with driving under the influence of legally prescribed drugs. There was no alcohol or illegal drugs found in the actresses system, only drugs that had been legally prescribed, according to Lee Carter the Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney.

      @piattorneys In fact, I do not remember hearing anything about Heather getting in trouble before. She has been around for a long time, at least 20 years as a star. She is in her 40's and now she starts getting into trouble. Hollywood is just crazy. All of those 20 somethings like Britney and Lindsay, it is understandable because they are still immature, but Heather is old enough to know better. What a goofy world.

      @piattorneys That could be--sort of like a midlife crisis. I believe that she got divorced not long ago, so that could have something to do with it. Divorce can mess up anyone, no matter how level headed they are. In any event, my guess is that she will straighten herself out in a hurry.

      But she is still hot even though she is forty something.
