  3. It isn't the cost of crude oil alone it is refineries. We only have so many refineries and if 1 shuts down for maintence then they go up anywyas. Greed is the biggest factor they won't build more oil refineries because they know there are alternative fuels. Also the more supply to counter the demand from refineries is something the good ol boy oil network doesn't think we are aware of!
Someone is going to beat them to it with alternative fuels and slam they won't have that inside move like they think they have. I think the wackiest thing I have heard of is a mercedes running on straight corn oil. More power to ya if it works! :D

I think Alaska and Russia pose a real threat and if the reserve they found in Brazil holds true Saudi Arabia is going to have some real problems so I don't see production being a issue. Build refineries and they will produce!

  4. @whothunkit - Good comment, I agree with you. There are means to build more refineries but the government is keeping that from happening. Someone will eventually figure out an alternative and it will blow up in everyones face.

  6. @whothunkit - there is a refinery like 100 miles from where I live and it recently caught on fire. We saw some kind of jump in our gas prices but it is back to the way it used to be

  7. Do you really think President Bush really want Saudi Arabia to increase Oil Production??

  8. @HiJason - of course not... he makes way more money off the oil here at home with them not increasing it. It is definitely a puppet show when he does things like this... then he goes back and rolls in his Texas oil money.

@corey.m - and yeah... when that one blew, it definitely effected our whole country. Still is. In fact gas has went up about 30-40 cents since that happened. It will never be back to what it used to be.

@whothunkit - I THINK YOUR RIGHT! I wish we could all run our cars off wind energy. haha

  9. @Dubz4sho - it still is affecting us to this day and will continue to do so until we tell this world bye bye. I do not see any of this ceasing.

@HiJason - I think he just wants to bank in that American money beause we spend more than half of our salary to gas/oil and everything else of that nature.

  10. @corey.m - I'm hopin' to get my truck running on coffee grounds so that it won't effect me when it comes to filling up. Of course, you still have to pay it at the grocery story, airlines, retail... there is no end.

  11. @Dubz4sho - or course not, like i said this will keep on going, if you try to find a better way or anything, you will still have to pay out of your pocket to make things work

  12. @corey.m - this is why I will be growing my on veggies this year. I will be eating fruit from my tree. Watermelons from the garden. If I could just get a pig for bacon and pork chops... I could finally quit depending on THE MAN!
