  1. Holy cow .. Luckily I have had good luck with my cell service .. but I was scared to get one I've heard so many horror stories.

    I hope this gets resolved for the poor woman.

  2. @Red_Kittie_Kat With Sprint's track record, they will probably ignore it and turn her over to collections, at which point if I were her I would either sue or if they sue file a counterclaim and clean their proverbial plow.

  8. @Red_Kittie_Kat If, we can find an attorney to do it, class-actions cost a ton of money and unless the attorney's see a clean win it probably won't happen. I've been in contact with several that are considering such a thing, but you never know until someone says yes if it will happen or not.

  9. ahh I don't know much about the lawyer stuff .. but I guess that would make a huge difference in being able to proceed. Either way I sure hope you get things squared away with this company. They need swift kick.

  11. @yoda Could be or like they have in the UK, flat rate mobile. Of course int he UK you pay by the minute on your landline. Kind of opposite of what we have in the US.
