The internal IAEA report leaked says that Iran has allowed access to declared nuclear material but it has not yet adopted a modified text as requested by the IAEA earlier(26). In lieu of the allegations levelled at Iran from outside the IAEA the IAEA says that clarification is essential to its assessment and that Iran has agreed to do so. So the IAEA is not yet passing an assessment (27). Regarding the 'Pakistan document' Iran has already replied (23rd May) but has not yet been assessed by the agency (28) and that the agency "has not detected the actual use of nuclear material in connection with the alleged studies." Iran has continued to enrich Uranium, a right afforded to it by article 4 of the signed NonProliferation Treaty and has allowed the IAEA to inspect this process.

Iran has been openly talking with the IAEA inspectors and the inspectors have been able to corroborate their claims (3).

All nuclear material is being watched, all of it. (4) All their ore has been accounted for (9)

Iran is (can) only enriching to under 5%, adquate for electricity generation.....nowhere near enough for a weapon (5)

Since February 2008, all fuel assemblies imported from the Russian Federation for use in the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant have remained under Agency seal (12).

The IAEA is being denied/restricted information by those providing it AGAINST Iran (21)

The claims made by the US is sourced from information which originated not in Iran but Pakistan(24). (A former has since come forward to suggestion with the very top. Musharraf)

What was the title again? "US says IAEA report increases concerns that Iran may have had covert nuclear arms program"

    Really?
Seems actually that Iran is largely co-operating and the dragging of feet (refusing to allow the IAEA to have evidence, even changing the original format so that it can't be tested) and the suggestion of suspicion lies more on the US administration than Iran!

Why are we finding Pakistan documents levelled against Iran when there is a refusal to allow the IAEA to establish whether the documents ever were in Iran?
