Hi I'm bdarbs (aka mrbubbleboy). I am a former real estate investor turned housing bubble blogger and enthusiast. In 2006 I sold my properties and am happily renting in the SF Bay Area... waiting for the market to bottom out. I am very active on Digg, Reddit, and Stumbleupon and am just testing out Mixx.
