I don't know that I understand what you mean. I think the editorial control on any social network would need to be very minimal. Ideally, if any control was imposed, the people doing it would be site owners and top users (perhaps with expertise in the particular category). But their involvement should be limited to helping to clean up descriptions, titles, and perhaps having stand out comments.

How can anyone consider this fair. I understand how terrible her defense was and that it was extremely obvious of her guilt. However, the harsh copyright penalty she was slammed with are completely over the top in this type of case.

Paying thousands for each song is NEVER fair. No matter what the circumstance.
