I've been involved in real estate and REI from a very young age. My parents owned a private real estate brokerage firm in the San Francisco Bay area when I was growing up, so I naturally became a licensed real estate agent to work my way through the University of California at Davis in the late 1980s. Because the real estate game seemed to me at the time to be the "family business," I chose to study technology, and worked long, hard hours to make a name for myself in that business.
I felt some of my newly found personal freedom fade however, as I performed regular rituals of printing letters, stuffing and sealing envelopes, licking stamps, printing out labels for the envelopes and postcards – then getting them in the mail before more addresses expired. Tired of this routine, I used my technical skills to make sure that no one would ever have to waste their time on these tedious tasks ever again. This system became SalesTeamLive and it serves my clients as it has served me.
