On other issues as well, such as Universal Health Care. In fact, the WHO ranks them 39th in the world in life expectancy, while we are 37th. Yet most would consider them impoverished or even 3rd world.

This guy and his brother are obvious scum (look at their prior record in the story), and despite the fact they were injured by the tiger and Carlos Sousa Jr. was killed - it seems clear they taunted the tiger and were intoxicated or high at the time of the attack. I thus find it easier to feel sorry for Tatiana, the tiger, than for them.

Sure the fence was too short, but remember a) it was a RECOMMENDED height, not required, b) it wouldn't have mattered without the taunting.

To me, this meant the original price for "Fresh Start" was $150. The requirement for "Fresh Start" still includes Windows Vista Business, so now it seems the price remains a ridiculous $100 for garbage most people don't want.

While I was able to figure out which driver was causing the problem, how many end users will be able to do this?

Why can't Microsoft / OEMs offer a tool that

a) points you to the problem
b) points you to a new driver
c) if no new driver, at least puts you in a queue to get it fixed.

Of course, finding the problem is 1/2 the fix. I still can't find an updated M1710 driver, at least one Dell SAYS will works as opposed to MAY work.

My understanding is Gateway / HP customers are no better off.
