An arbitrator has ruled that Owens owes the Philadelphia Eagles $1.725 million of his $2.3 million signing bonus. The grievance that was filed by the NFL players' union on Owens' behalf in 2005, and the ruling finally was reached last Friday.

Commuters stranded from Virginia to Massachusetts. Train service shut down at major terminals in New York, Chicago and Boston. A flood of extra cars on congested highways around Washington and San Francisco. This could all be a reality on January 30th.
