I don't exactly understand what determines the "floating" adjustable rate of ARM loans after the initial period expires, but as SilentJay74 points out, I don't plan on learning the ins-and-outs of it because fixed rate is the way to go.

I don't see this performing well at all. Unexpected audio on a webpage is never a good thing, and if they are paying you for every single ad you serve, the payoffs are going to be a fraction of a penny per page view. But it is free to try out, so might as well give it a shot...

This is pretty amazing. To account for the perspective, there are twice as many men in the flame of the torch as in the rest of the design.
