I would start by saying, "Let's talk." And yes, I would ask the question, "Why don't you like me?" I don't expect everyone to like me, and I don't like everyone. But, I do respect them enough to validate their differences of opinion. I think that it all boils down to validation and respect and you can't offer someone that without at least talking to them.
