No good deed will go unpunished. The beatings will continue until moral improves. This is BS you would think with the PTS and suicide epidemic in the millitary that the brass would turn a blind eye to the regulations. Having a pet is bound to help with the stress and shock of working in a war zone and it doesn't cost the military a dime.
