Like a sponge. Soak up all the knowledge you are able to to attain. Except the little-minded people for who they are and do not hate them. They do not know any better.

As knowledge is attained you are able to understand, accept things, care about important things and you begin to see the things most consider to be important are just trivial. Accept most will say hate, when it is true love of truth. Truth hurts and the true haters are usually the ones calling you the hater in the their grief and fear, in order to make up for their failings. "There is NO such thing as anger, for it is only fear!" The mother who sounds angry at her child, when she is actually so fearful for her child. The man who physicaly challenges the mild mannered one, for he feels he must prove, "He is not fearful of him" and what is worse, he is trying to prove it to himself. For true confidence is in knowing you do not have to show it!
