@cmcgill do you think Yang is responsible for Yahoo's problems? I always thought problems started before Yang took over.

Why GM can't survive bankruptcy

I believe that Automakers should get a bailout from government. Big automakers shutting down will create a much bigger issue. Lots of people will loose their jobs. As it is being pointed out in this article, automakers won't get DIP funding easily.

On Leaving Yahoo… : Elatable | Bradley Horowitz

This blog post lists some of the greatest people of Internet. They are at Yahoo!.
I am a big fan of Yahoo! and its employees (including the management, even though they are not able to use the full potential of Yahoo!). They are all great people. The first time I went on internet is through Yahoo!. A friend of mine told me that Yahoo! will guide me well on internet.
I hope someone saves Yahoo! (other than Ballmer). It has a great brand, great potential. Microsoft is not able to manage MSN, I don't think they can manage both MSN and Yahoo!. It is a suicide for both MSN and Yahoo! if both agree to merge.

@Bukowsky I don't think I agree with him completely. I do agree the part about President Bush, but don't think we still know completely whether Obama is better than Clinton.

The World Is Not Enough for Humans: Scientific American

We have crossed the maximum limit for population on earth. That is the main reason for most of the problems we are facing. Unless we start decreasing the population (not just population growth), we will not be able to address global warming or any of the human created issues. I guess we crossed the limit by 70's or 80's and also require re-distribution of the population densities.

What is Facebook aiming for. For a small company like them, $240 mill should be enough for the near future. Why do they need more money?

Worldwide backlash hits biofuels - USATODAY.com
- about 1 year ago

Biofuels from crops that are being used to replace Oil should be regulated and should not be produced more than that can harm the environment. The problem with biofuel from crops is that they will compete with crops that are food material for humans.
Any biofuel from other sources should be allowed and any production growth accelerates a study has to be done and see if regulation is required. Anything in extreme is not good.

Even if one species faces problems, the chain reaction will start and all other species will start getting effected, as we all are connected to each other in nature.
