  7. @soloride I had not seen that script before. I can't believe some losers with nothing better to do are writing and installing scripts just for shits and giggles.

  8. What's preventing the same dickheads from using the same script on Mixx?

That script isn't for fun. It was developed specifically to target certain users on Digg. It's also a clear violation of Digg's TOS. I reported it to Digg. Haven't heard from them yet.

  10. @gbarberi Thank you! It needed to be reported, however, given that along with autobury, it seems my emails are on auto-delete at Digg. That's how it appears anyway, I never get any type of response from them. I see that the script has the usernames of the top diggers in it as an example, all reputable people who do not deserve this. The good thing is, that it seems not to have harmed them. I still have major issues with Digg and although I went back and dipped my toe in, it got bitten off by sharks.. so I'm not sure that I'm going back unless there truly is some clear method of communication with the Digg "authorities". They promised that, right? So when is it happening? Where is there a discussion on this that I can jump into? I used to enjoy Digg and my Digg friends so much and I am in a quandry because I don't want my friends to drop me due to inactivity in case I am able to go back, however, it seems futile for me to do any Digging at the moment because it seems that what goes popular has nothing to do with my vote at all, it all seems pre-ordained now and not a user driven process.

Whew.. didn't mean to write a book. I'm just still quite miffed at the way things went downhill w/Digg. I'm not banned, yet apparently I'm a persona non grata there as I'm on autobury, as are many of my friends. What good is my vote if it's only driving submissions to the point that they DEFINITELY will be buried. It's almost better to live with less than 20 Diggs, so at least you don't get buried and wiped out completely.

I would really love to discuss this somewhere in a forum.
