  5. If you look at the sign, then look at the "marvin gardens" property card on the monopoly board game... it is the basically the same. Sad thing is, this is in some sad small, ghetto Texas town... being an apartment. Riches to rags.

  6. My friends and I pulled out a monopoly board the other day that was older than us. One of the old double sets. I saw it right away and I think having played the old game recently made it funnier.
