  2. @calinazaret 95% of the time I will agree with you on that, this time however, I think the woman does have a valid argument...excessive force was definitely used.

    The other point "the police should not police the police" is somewhat of a good point as well.

  3. @DarkNemesis618 I absolutely agree she had a case, I'm not sure how you got otherwise from my comment. I'm saying that if she'd taken in to court or tried to press charges against the cop it never would have flown, but if she expresses her loss in terms of money, well, people listen.
