   Ignore the fact that they are having an interfaith summit in the first place....no, let's focus on the 'Spat' and then tag it with:
   "Islamisapartheid"
   "Islamincompatiblewithworld"

   Unbelievable bigotry.

   Y'up I did. I don't think they are committing genocide. I think it is ethnic cleansing. There's a difference but it was not relevant to the point I made in the first post which was:

   Unbelievable bigotry and why should I allow myself to be drawn away from making that point by the source of that bigotry. You may wish to draw the thread elsewhere and I can completely understand why you would want to too.
   Doesn't mean I have to play ball though.

   LOOK AT THE TAGS!

   I condemn racism and bigotry when and where I see it regardless of who it is directed against. I condemn it when it is directed against Israel and Judaism. I denounce it when it is directed against Arab states and Islam. As it is you are here and are directing it against the latter.

   Dude....anybody can put tags on a story. (I noticed you didn't provide any links either) The difference is I called your tags out when you were on one vote immediately after it had been submitted. You put them there and you didn't deny them when I pointed them out.

   Now have I not on several occasions already said I recognised the state of Israel and that I denounce attacks. Attacks on Gaza, attacks on Iraq, Iran and yes, attacks on Israel too.

   As for most of those tags you listed....palestinian, militant, Israel, ethnicleansing, collectivepunishment, medicalstaff, Israelis, Israelgazaclashes....yup they all seem like tags I'd use.

   None of those are racist or bigotted though are they??? They are just tags. I am not afraid of calling something collective punishment if that is what it is - and doing so does not indicate bigotry. Are you saying that an action should be beyond condemnation on the pain of being labelled an anti-semite (which you do A LOT)?

   And for the record I differentiate between the Israeli administration and Israel and its people just as I differentiate between the US administration and America and its people too. Same goes for the UK government and for the EU. I do not hold Israelis culpable of ethnic cleansing. In fact many Israelis join with me in denouncing the administration's policies in the Occupied Territories. I regularly commend the great work B'Tselem, an Israeli humanitarian group does. I have on several occasions pointed out that the Israeli administration is not representative - Olmert recently got a 3% approval rating. At the same time the majority of Israelis supported accepting the Hamas ceasefire even though it had been turned down by the same administration on numerous occassions.

   You may not be able to differentiate with your polarized vision between Administration and people. I can so please don't hold me accountable by your failings. Saying ethnic cleansing is not to say Israelis are guilty of ethnic cleansing just as US and UK administration war crimes do not mean that Americans and the British are guilty of war crimes. I most certainly am not. I have taken the time to denounce war and so it is not done in my name. Just as the attrocity in Palestine is not to be put at the feet of the Israeli people amongst whom are counted academics, the likes of yesh gvul, humanitarians who all say, "Not in our name". Put it where it belongs....at the feet of authoritarian and hawkish policy. You do not say "Not in my name", you when others denounce war and conflict refuse to do so. You blame others and use that as justification for your actions - just as you were doing with your racist tags.

   It is not the same kettle of fish at all. You've not just said 'House of Saud regime divisive'....you said, "Islam apartheid" and "Islam incompatible with the world". I would have said you were being obtuse but I no longer think you are. You just don't see the difference do you. I am only now starting to realise how warped your perception has become.

   I am not saying what follows to get a rise out of you, so please don't take it that way.

   I genuinely feel sorry for you.
