  1. How many times does this have to happen? And, then admitting water tests get done at 11 am, well after many have already hit the water, as we are far from the ocean, there is limited places to swim as it is? You would think Ottawa would be a lot more proactive on protecting its environment.

    Shame on City of Ottawa, and covering their butt, by following so-called protocol is a joke.... second failure in 2 years... wow.

    What would happen if this accident occurred by a Corporate company? They would be slandered all over the place, and paying a fine, and clean up.
