Go with me on this....Bane, Black Mask, Batman in a 3 way triangle (not that sort of 3 way triangle).

Bane and Batman have fought and worked together before. Black Mask is more interested in Bruce Wayne.

Black Mask takes on Wayne (the man not the bat), Batman takes on Bane, Bane takes on Black Mask. If Batman gets Bane before Bane gets Black Mask then Black Mask ruins Wayne and Batman loses the Bat Cave and its all about the moral dilemma of Batman not going after somebody who is after Bruce Wayne (sort of legitimately) and not holding back on catching Bane who could sort the whole problem out for him but with all the destruction it brings with it.

I find it better because of the sheer obscurity of the villains suggested although as someone commented not really going to fly by but I still like all the suggestions because of the possibility of even darker themes if these characters were introduced well as major villains which is something I find lacking with this newer batman. The darkness that is, though the Burton films were also pretty light for my standards.
