  1. It seems a lot of health concepts have been unraveled as myths lately. Just a while ago, the 8 glasses of water a day was realized to be a myth.

  2. Reducing the amount of calories you pass through the mouth orifice is what causes weight loss. Exercise helps, but cannot stand alone. Shut your mouth and run a few miles. ;)

  3. Nothing is a one-size fits all thing. I consume 12 glasses of water per day and sometimes it seems too little. It all depends on your size, exercise level, and the way your body works. So too it is with exercise. But a clear consensus seems to be emerging that 3 x 30 is inadequate; I aim for 6 x 60; as we say in this article, the only way to achieve that is by making exercise an integral part of your life, rather than something you do in your spare time.

  4. Actually It is no doubt that regularly exercising helps. May be after many years of training your body can get used to training and slow down weight loss results. But you can benefit whole your life if you combine proper nutrition and physical activity:)
