   @ih8mondays There is no way anyone should have played Willie Wonka but Gene Wilder. The remake was a travesty. I love JD, really, but just no. And also, no to him being the Joker.

   I actually can see Johnny Depp being great as the Riddler. Did anyone here expect Heath Ledger to be as great as he was?

   Johnny Depp does everything wonderful in my book. i'm sure he'll succeed in this role too and probably walk away winning as usual. yes, go Johnny go...he sure knows what he's doing!

    It depends on how he does it. I think it could work. Did anyone imagine Johnny Depp as a good pirate? Well, that worked out. I think it can if he does it right.
