  3. i have been looking at jumping on the solar bandwagon for a few years now, but its kinda discouraging when every week we read about some breakthrough.

    does this breakthrough mean that existing solar technologies are obsolete and i should wait until this new technology gets to market? by that time, some other breakthrough will come along, again making the state-of-the-art obsolete.
