Google TOS: No One Under 18 Allowed to Use Google

cnet.com — Google's terms of service, while ignored by the vast majority of users, contain a pretty shocking clause: Under 18's are not permitted to use any of Google's Web properties. That's right, kids--no search, YouTube, Gmail, news, or images.

  2. Wow I can't believe they have this in there terms. Off course it doesn't apply to me because I'm an old bugger (well I feel old). Still the internet would be a better place without the under 18's, wouldn't it?

  8. nothing big about this. theres tons of clauses and things in terms and conditions of sites that no one ever notices. I recall one site having in their terms that they could use your account for spam or something.
