Commentary: Is McCain another George W. Bush?

And I’m tired of your horse excrement opinion!! You, and your fellow vermin in the print media, embarrass me with your never ending pompous, doltish opinions that you have of yourselves.
McCain shallow? Getting the snot kicked out you every day for five years in a Prisoner of War camp, earning your jet pilot wings, makes you shallow. Ummmmm
W….Shallow? Earning a degree from Yale, earning jet pilot wings, making millions in business, leading the way in kicking the crap out of scum bag terrorists, shows intellectual shallowness? Ummmmm
I’m a retired military officer and a vast majority of us in the service have long since tired of you loons in the print media! That includes you! In my opinion, you’re lower than shrimp crap sitting at the bottom of the sea! Now, how’s that for shallowness, tough guy?

I served in the military too...and NEVER met a man above the rank of sargent who wasn't a career drunkard so I didn't re-up.
W isn't shallow, that would require him having SOME depth and he's a flat-liner.
McCain isn't shallow, he was a married whore-monger who dumped his invalid wife in favor of a druggie with money. Egads, that gives him real depth.
The question on my mind, how does being a prisoner of war make a person a war-hero? If that's all it takes, I'd nominate every man captured during WW2...like at Corregidor or Bataan...as a hero about 5 miles in front of any line in which John McCain might be standing for recognition. McCain, who NEVER faced an enemy face-to-face. one-on-one with a rifle, bayonet or side-arm for battle, was just an unlucky pilot.
Oh and by the way, wasn't W an AWOL? and during war-time? how can a good military man tolerate that? shouldn't he have faced a court martial and long term incarceration? Oh I recall, he went to the dentist...for about 6 months!
Grow up military man; it's time to stop playing with your toy soldiers and bragging about how you stood up for your country...we ALL did that and do that every day...unless we're war-profiteers,,,whoops, lots more ex-military there.

Jack Cafferty NAILED this one! McCain is indeed intellectually slow and lazy, and is only a tiny bit better than Bush. McCain is so forgetful and confused, he is in no way qualified for the presidency. The job of President demands one who is sharper, quicker, and younger than that old, old, OLD McCain. Were it not for that turncoat slimeball Lieberman propping him up all over, McCain would be completely out of it by now!

Jack missed one item, McCain is the epitome of the Manchurian Candidate but only his controller knows what evil he is programmed to unleash. My guess, IF elected he will serve actively for about 6 months, suffer a totally debilitating physical condition and his VP will take over. Hope he has chosen a good person and not another Dan Quayle...and that he can recall the gender and name of his choice for VP at convention time without having to read it from one of his index cards.
A side thought, McCan got into USNA the same way Dubya got into Yale...LEGACY!
