statesboro.biz — You can't tell me every single gas station in Statesboro and Bulloch County Georgia filled their tanks up with higher priced gasoline. As a matter of fact I just checked the oil and gasoline futures. Oil is 101.00 a barrel and gasoline (RBOB) was 278.90.

  1. Have not seen the increases here in Richmond VA, but was expecting some level of increase that was disproportionate with the spot market. This in itself always amazes me anyway as the gas we are buying at the pump was bought against futures contracts.

  2. Oile actually dropped below the 100.00 mark a few minutes ago and bounced back to the 101.00 mark. Our local gas comapnies got greedy over the hurricane news even though oil and gas market prices are about the same as yesterday. Dirty, greedy and unethical. I'll ride a bike before I pay 4.00 a gallon for gas.
