  2. @vernacular_ninja I don't think they are assumptions- I think it is reporting on what people (of a certain age bracket) said. Either way-, it is an interesting piece and relevant for today considering PA votes today and only FLA has an older average age.

  3. I was more referring to the the quotes referring to young people as basically being clueless to the woes of the economy, which is really inaccurate. All of us are hurt at the gas pumps, not just 40 and over.

  5. What kills me about this election is the perception that Hillary Clinton = Bill Clinton, at least in terms of the warm and fuzzies people feel about the economy during Clinton's presidency. No one mentions the fact that the dot com boom was a large part of the economic surge and healthy job market. You can't give Clinton all the credit for a healthy American economy in the 90s.
