  4. Nice. They're essentially art also. My first custom surfboard made, though,
    was a long board, streamlined w light rocker w one black stringer down
    the middle.

    Next thing I did was immediately surf the Ocean Beach pier and rammed
    into one of the pilings, breaking my brand new board in 2.

    Bummer! :-)
