  5. There are some good tips but some that probably shouldn't be on there. Look in you glove box, push the snow off... I guess that is smart but how much is it really going to save you if you take out two envelopes out of your car. Still helpful when trying to save some cash.

  6. LOL two envelopes definitely won't save you a dime. But I've seen some cars so full of junk you wouldn't believe it :D Not to blame others, I myself for a couple of years hauled an old engine in the trunk of one of my cars! That's a few hundred pounds ;)

    As for snow - I don't know where you live, but where I live I regularly see on the road cars completely covered with a thick layer of hard packed snow and ice, just with small part of windshield cleaned up. Believe me or not, it does weigh not just a couple of pounds, but rather in the range of dozens and sometimes hundreds of pounds. And harsh surface does add to aerodynamic drag significantly :)
