  2. Economics 101:
$1.00 put into work by business creates $10.00 dollars in the economy thru jobs creation, goods and services created, and the increased consumption resulting in economic growth. $1.00 put to work by government results in $1.00 put into the economy thru wealth redistribution as nothing is created and nothing is grown.

This is the concept that most people ignore or do not understand beceause you only slowly see the result of business growth but you see a tax refund or rebate right away.

Give me a dollar NOW. I don't understand that we will all be better off with ten times that amount in a year or two.

Tax business more and the government will give you a dollar now... but it will cost you ten times that amount later. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Please.

Under your model would it be best if the federal govt didn't tax corporations at all?

  3. I am so glad these candidates don't call each other names like they do in other elections. It's so refreshing to finally have an election where all of the candidates stress the issues instead of trash talking.

  4. The "socialist" angle is just another smear tactic to try to appeal to McCain's extremist "base."
