While John McCain is practically assured the Republican presidential nomination, many party members are having a hard time accepting him -- and showing it with symbolic votes against him in primary contests.

    Mr. McCain better distance himself from Bush or else he will lose the election. He needs to understand that being a moderate and NOT a left or right wing wacko is a GOOD thing!!!!!! People are sick of these small groups having so much affect on moderate people. If the Democrats were smart they would run up a moderate candidate instead of the clowns they've run up in 2004 and 2008.
