wired.com — Even if we see hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in showrooms by 2020, it'll be another 30 years before they'll have a significant impact on gas consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. It isn't science dictating that timeline, but economics.

  3. won't it help the consumer? i mean, won't it be cheaper to run? that's enough reason to smile about it.

  4. Remember we have nearly cleaned out 50% of the oil in Saudi Arabia which means the oil wont be as clean the more we pull from it. So I'm sure it will become even more expensive to put into our cars by then. I'm sure car companies have some kind of plan because there is no way they will stay if we stop driving due to fuel prices.

  5. Nothing is going to help much as long as the people with all the oil money keep controlling the politicians, the businesses, and the media. If we were to make up our minds and just do it, it would not take long. The problem seems to be that we no longer have minds that work. We just do what we're told.
