   If they want to make this stick why didn't they wait until Bush is out of office. Won't they just get a pardon form him before he leaves?

      @freenewtms I am sure the timing is well planned. If he was tried after Bush, he'd fry. Most likely the pardon he'll get will give him imunity from being ried again on this and all related.

      @TalkingCactus He would still be liable for a civil suit. He may not get jail time, but they can get some of his money.
