  10. Nice article. I always wondered about accountability in relation to blogging. I'm not sure I agree entirely that, as you seem to suggest, that readers are the proper measure of a blog's quality though. I have often found that the majority opinion follows the path of least resistance. For this reason I disagree that a blog's popularity is an accurate reading of it's quality.

    I hope I didn't misunderstand...
