Philadelphia Cops Arrest Suspected 'Foot-Fetish' Attacker
cbs3.com — Philadelphia police said they have made an arrest in a series of attacks involving a suspect with a bizarre fetish. In each attack, police said the suspect would rob his victims, force them to take off their shoes, then fondle or kiss their feet.
