  5. @ClubFemina i'm not counting on ANYTHING until it actually happens, myself.

    the President now has more powers, thanks to a traitorous Democratic Congress that let him and Cheney make a lot of laws empowering the Executive...he could stop the election by declaring martial law and stay in office.

    seeing that no one bothered to investigate the last "major terrorist event" that happened in 2001, it's clear, now, that almost anything can happen, and it will be hard for the people to get any kind of power back, at all. not that they had much before, but they (the people) now have substantially less.

    until 9/11 is properly investigated and until Congress stands up to the criminal in the white house, anything could happen. we are still in Iraq, aint we?
