  1. LOL! I have Sprint and they do suck but whenever I complain, they just give me free stuff, extra incentives to shut me up... lol! Um, did I mention I'm still with them?

  2. I've done a fair amount of consulting at Sprint since I moved back to the Midwest. Therefore, I have had the opportunity to see how bad they are from the inside. I have dealt with BC/BS for a number of years, including those during which I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and cancer. Their very expensive premium plan still left me with so many bills that I had to declare bankruptcy. So this is a tough choice for me. ;o) I finally voted for Sprint as being worse, since there is some possibility that there is someone with a brain inside Blue Cross, whereas Sprint has absolutely proven that is not the case there.

  3. Now, while Sprint is bad, and has so many different complaints against them, BCBS deals with a person's health and ultimately life, therefore they have the potential to have more of a negative impact.

  4. @sheseltine I think both suck (my personal opinion). So far I have found only one decent Insurance company and I have everything with them. No qualms about paying claims, they explain things and don't try to sell you stupid insurance policies like the Whole Life scam insurance.

  5. @allen_mvp - oh, don't get me wrong, out of the 2 of them Sprint is the only one that has actually tried to screw me - billing me for 3 months of cell phone service when I'd never actually signed a contract with them...
