    @nowsourcing much obliged pal. I just wish there was some way to correct my stupid spelling mistakes after I submit a comment here. For some reason my spell FireFox checker sometimes fails to draw that little red line... anyway, as 80% of the information absorbed by human beings is visual I would say you have some very strong point in your post. Its quite amazing how some folks just miss that point.

    BTW, in my humble opinion not just that you should have the greatest avatar you can get your hand on, also this avatar should better be similar in all the social networks you have profiled yourself. Unless you have a very good reason - use same for all. just my two cents.
