Start school later; teens will have less daytime sleepiness view story

businessshrink.biz — A study released by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine has shown changing school start time from 7:35am to 8:15am increased sleep time on school nights by an average of 33 minutes. It was believed that giving additional time could give teens more time
