  1. If the biggest hurdle is hydrogen filling stations, perhaps it should become a government project- I realize that we are talking about billions in spending- but would not the savings and the end of dependencies on oil abroad not dwarf this cost.

    I realize that there is a lot more to this issue and the above is probably a massive over- simplification. What do you think?

  2. I would love to get a hydrogen-based car, I'd pay the money for it, but without filling stations...whats the point.

    The current administration probably would not get involved, we can only hope future administrations do, any money spent on this will be well worth the cost.
