   Ning is okay but the problem is the traffic becomes there's, they reap the majority of benefits while you do all the work. Just my .02.

   @allen_mvp You may be right. That may leave the door open for someone else to build upon Ning's idea and make it even easier and more beneficial for the user to use a platform like this.

   Ning definitely has enormous potential. I think it would be even better if it were open source, and allowed people to host it on their own domain. Then people would truly be creating their own social netowkr.
