edition.cnn.com — Former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto is said to be critically wounded following a suicide attack on a political rally in Rawalpindi, her husband, Asif Ali Zardari, was quoted as saying on CNN affiliate Geo TV.

  2. CNN is also stating that she may have been shot. As of right now they can't tell if her wounds are bullets wounds or shrapnel from the blast!

    NPR gave a very graphic detailing of the story saying that there was body parts and flesh everywhere and the the scene was total chaos

  7. It was reported that she was shot multiple times, beginning with a shot to the neck. A suicide bomber later blew himself up, killing Bhutto, as well as many (I think 20) attendees of the rally. Many others were injured.
