  3. This is an interesting look at what Microsoft is trying to do, but they wouldn't have to go after Yahoo if they could create a better search engine on their end. They already get so many people because so many people just accept IE and the msn home page. If their searcht ool worked better, it really wouldn't be that hard to grow their share in the search marketplace given their positioning.
