John Oates sings praises of 'super hero' mustache view story

What's more unexpected than hearing John Oates sing "She's Gone" at a tech event? How about learning that he thinks his mustache has superpowers and he's developing a cartoon project around the thing, despite the fact that the stache, too, she be gone.

  1. There was one time in the mid-90s he shaved it off. He was just fugly without it.

  2. Update: So I'm walking through a hotel corridor after the conference and who should come walking toward me but John Oates and his missing mustache. I was tempted to grab him and ask a few questions about the cartoon project, but didn't have the energy ... or heart. BTW, he's not only short, he's really, really short. Had no idea.
