    MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Thursday he suspected someone in the United States provoked the conflict in Georgia in an attempt to help a candidate in the U.S. presidential election.

    "It is not just that the American side could not restrain the Georgian leadership from this criminal act. The American side in effect armed and trained the Georgian army," Putin said in an interview with CNN, part of which was broadcast on Russian state television.

    "Why ... seek a difficult compromise solution in the peacekeeping process? It is easier to arm one of the sides and provoke it into killing another side. And the job is done.

    "... The suspicion arises that someone in the United States especially created this conflict with the aim of making the situation more tense and creating a competitive advantage for one of the candidates fighting for the post of U.S. president."

    The crisis flared earlier this month when Georgia tried to retake by force its separatist province of South Ossetia and Russia launched an overwhelming counter-attack.

    Russian forces swept the Georgian army out of the rebel region and are still occupying some areas of Georgia proper. On Tuesday, Moscow announced it was recognizing South Ossetia and another breakaway region, Abkhazia, as independent states.

    The United States and Europe demand Russia respect a French-brokered ceasefire and withdraw all its troops from Georgia, including a disputed buffer zone imposed by Moscow.

    The plan, which has been on the table for about one year, is now being implemented by the United States dragging NATO and U.S. navy ships into the Black Sea region to replay the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962. If this world crisis that is scheduled to erupt and start World War III by the United States and Britain happens, there will be no 2008 election!

    The contention will be over the United States trying to defy Russian naval forces from searching their humanitarian aid cargo to be dropped off at the port of Poti, Georgia.

    Who will back down from this pending world crisis that is being put into motion by the Bush Administration term with help from the boys in the City of London and New York, with approval from David Rockefeller?

    The Russians have received advanced warnings and are prepared, and have put on high alert xxxxx covert forces to track movements of United States and NATO navy ships in the Black Sea region and worldwide. In addition, special Georgian military units have been instructed by the West to get busy with reconnaissance missions and preparations for new armed actions.

    The Russian covert forces have at their disposal unique counter-measures. And the Russian naval ship Moskva will make her public appearance in the Black Sea area, backed up by the unseen covert forces. Moskva means "tangled and angled" -- "to involve in a difficult situation, entangle," and "to fish with a hook". How appropriate is the meaning of the name. The security firm using another face plan to carryout acts of sabotage inside the United States aimed at infrastructure followed by a massive corporate media blitz trying to link Russia to these CIA instigated events.

    Inside Russia's media services, news is circling that the world might be heading toward World War III. With this conclusion in sight, the Russian military is on high-alert! Because the war faction of the United States, the neocons, the new-Nazis, has already started to degrade the political situation in Afghanistan, Pakistan, North Korea, etc. so that their plans blend flawlessly.

    Did Saakashvili understand the scope of the situation he was getting himself and the world into? Lord Malloch-Brown, George Soros business partner, has been pumping millions of dollars into Georgia’s Saakashvili buddy government where each cabinet member is treated handsomely with a stack of United States cash to spree their heart's desire.

    BEIJING (AFP) - Meteorologists dispatched eight planes to release rain dispersal chemicals and fired 241 rockets into incoming clouds to ensure a dry Beijing Olympics closing ceremony, state media said Monday.

    Rain clouds from the north of China had started to move towards the capital on Sunday afternoon, Guo Hu, head of the Beijing Observatory, was quoted by the official Xinhua news agency as saying.

    "We decided to use planes to cover a larger area, along with firing rain dispersal rockets from the ground," said Zhang Qiang, an official at the Beijing Weather Modification Office, according to Xinhua.

    Meteorologists also fired more than 1,000 rockets into clouds on August 8 to prevent showers from ruining the opening ceremony -- the biggest-ever operation of its kind by China.

    China has long dabbled in rain dispersal and rain-making technology, using a vast array of chemicals to either induce or prevent rainfall.

    Scientists have viewed the technology as promising, but acknowledge that no method has been developed to objectively prove that such techniques work.

    US Military Crushes Bush Planned Nuclear Attack On Iran

    According to these reports, the August 8th unprovoked attack by US and Israeli led Georgian Special Forces Troops upon South Ossetia, and which cost the lives of over 2,000 innocent civilians, was deliberately timed to coincide with Prime Minister Putin's absence from Moscow as he was attending the opening ceremony for the 2008 Beijing Olympic games and it was believed he would not be able to rapidly respond to the full measure of the American President's plan for continued Global conquest.

    The American President and his fellow War Leaders, however, grossly underestimated Putin, who upon learning of the US backed invasion of South Ossetia directly confronted Bush, and as we can read as witnessed by Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd:

    "Mr Rudd revealed in an interview with Beijing Now in Beijing on Saturday that he was sitting just two rows behind Mr Bush when an "animated" discussion between he and Mr Putin broke out over Russia's advance into South Ossetia, a breakaway region in neighbouring Georgia.

    "The President and Mr Putin were in animated conversation two seats in front of us and I imagine they had a few things on their agenda," Mr Rudd said. Mr Rudd said that Mr Bush appeared to be making a strong point to the Russian Prime Minister, even as the world's elite athletes filed into Beijing's Bird's Nest stadium."

    Putin's greatest anger towards Bush, these reports continue, was his foreknowledge that the invasion of South Ossetia by Western led forces was a subterfuge maneuver designed in an attempt to cover the Americans true objective, a limited nuclear strike upon Iran's nuclear facilities, and of which the US War Leader had already given the order to strike.

    Putin's rapid response to these machinations, however, led to his swiftly contacting the top leadership of the United States Military Command whereupon they swiftly 'crushed' their own President's war plans and removed from the American Nuclear Weapons Chain of Command the US Naval Officer who conspired with Bush to plunge our World into Total War.

    To this prompt dismissal of this US Naval Officer we can read as reported by the Associated Press News Service:

    "The commander of a Navy air reconnaissance squadron that provides the president and the defense secretary the airborne ability to command the nation's nuclear weapons has been relieved of duty, the Navy said Tuesday. Cmdr. Shawn Bentley was relieved of duty Monday by the Navy for loss of confidence in his ability to command, only three months after taking the job."

    American Military Commanders went even further to placate Putin by 'immediately' informing Israel that the US would not assist them in their plans to attack Iran, and as we can read as reported by China's Xinhua News Service:

    "Israeli government spokespersons Wednesday declined to comment that the American administration has rejected an Israeli request for military equipment and support to attack Iran's nuclear facilities, local daily Ha'aretz reported.

    The report said that the Americans viewed the request, which was transmitted (and rejected) at the highest level, as a sign that Israel is in the advanced stages of preparation to attack Iran. They therefore warned Israel against attacking, saying such a strike would undermine American interest
