Everything is going well. Today was the ultimate test for me. A coworker brought in a homemade chocolate cake and on top of that someone bought pizza for the entire office! I stayed strong and stuck to my chicken.

Today was my first day of training for the competition. I was in competition mindset all day. And had a great workout. This was my first lower body workout that will have your legs shaking and your butt asking for mercy!
