  2. The idea is great albeit fueled by promotion of a site but nonetheless important. Writing about poverty won't suffice though. It won't go away. An action day is in real activism a day of action in the real world.

  3. This is great and it is encouraging and gives hope to a lot of people to have so many people uniting on one day for one cause. Sure, just blogging about poverty in this world won't be "enough" to get rid of it, it does strike up conversation and empowers your blog readers to get educated and start to do something about it. Blogging isn't just writing down a few words and being done with it, blogging inspires people and has the ability to change lives and get what you feel strongly about out there into the world and into people's heads. I registered my blog and will be posting about this to get other people involved.
